Yesterday, New Jersey rejected federal funding for abstinence-only sex education and sent a clear message to the Bush administration: abstinence-education is unproven, often medically inaccurate, and simply not the answer for American teenagers.

In an interview with North Dakota radio host Scott Hennen, Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld said that “it would be logical” that terrorist groups are ramping up violence in Iraq and elsewhere to give liberals a boost in November’s election.

This afternoon, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that the state
Legislature must offer the same rights and benefits to same-sex couples
that married couples currently receive. This ruling came after seven
same-sex couples filed suit against the state when they were denied
marriage licenses. This decision reflects the fair-minded values of New
Jersey, where polls show that a majority of citizens supports marriage

So Roberta and are in San Francisco on holidays and whilst walking around The Castro I referred to a scooter with a trunk as having a trunk “option” birth was given to the “option”.

As in…

  • “Oh look at this sweater option, isn’t it cute?”
  • “Should I wear my zip-up option?”
  • “Oh I like that option.” (referring to a cute guy at The Midnight Sun)
  • “Oh it looks like she got an option.” (seeing a friend of a friend leave the bar with a guy)
